Check In & Check Out

Check In is after 3pm EST.

You will receive a welcome message giving you a keycode to enter the house, connect to the internet, adjust temperatures, etc.

Check Out is before 11am EST.

Please take all garbage & recycle and place in outdoor cans.

Please adjust air conditioner to 77 degrees May-October and adjust heat to 65 degrees November - April.

Please make sure all dishes are done. Leaving the dishwasher running is ok.

Please lock the front door & sliding glass door prior to leaving.
