Where are you located?

The Marsh Bungalow is located on Mallard Island which is a quaint piece of marshland in Manahawkin, NJ nearby Long beach Island.

How big is the house?

The house is a lifted 2 story house with roughly 1,300 square feet of well thought out living space. It includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

How many guests are allowed?

8 total guests are allowed in the home.

How many beds are there?

• The Downstairs Bedroom has 1 Full Bed.

• Upstairs Bedroom 1 Queen Bed

• Upstairs Bedroom 2 has 1 Full bed

• Upstairs Bedroom 3 has 1 twin bed with 1 pull out twin trundle bed

Are pets allowed?

1 approved dog is allowed in the home. No cats or exotic animals are allowed.

Can I check-in early?

Check-in is at 3pm. If the home is ready before 3pm, we will do our best to accommodate an early check-in!

Does it flood?

Being on the water/marshland does make flooding a possibility. The house itself will never get water because it is raised, however during a full moon+high tide+rain the streets could have water on them.

Can I bring a boat/waverunner?

While we do not have a dock for your boat, we do have a large driveway that will fit your trailer if you’d like to bring it down. There are a few local boat ramps that you can launch your boat for the day!
